I am a devoted wife and mother of two boys.
For over ten years, I have struggled with my weight and unhealthy habits. After becoming a mother, my relationship with food and alcohol became problematic, often relying on them for comfort or as a means to escape reality.
In recent years, I realised that my unhealthy lifestyle was adversely impacting my quality of life and physical health.
During the Covid pandemic, I managed to lose over 30 pounds effortlessly, but as life returned to normal, I reverted to my previous unhealthy habits.
During this period, I also made the decision to start my own business, focusing on helping women through hypnotherapy and energy healing.
Now, three years later, I have finally chosen to prioritise my health. By utilising my customised self-hypnosis techniques,
I have successfully lost over four stone. I now walk at least 10,000 steps a day and attend the local gym two to three times a week, enjoying the process.
Subconscious reprogramming truly works, and I am living proof of its effectiveness.
This journey empowers me even more to guide my clients with passion and firsthand experience.
I am dedicated to applying the tools and techniques I offer to my clients, who have achieved the results they seek.
I support them through their challenges, holding them accountable and reminding them of the progress they have made.
Sending you all peace, love, and positive vibes.
